		<description>I suppose this raises two questions:
1. If the DIFX is such a great idea why are Nanodynamics planing to be the first US company to list there and
2. Why do they think that this is will be any more successful than their aborted US listing, especially given current market conditions? 

Two things will happen as a result, either the stock price will collapse within six months as investor support dries up, or the company will abort the IPO and start holding a fire sale by April.</description>
